Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from their warehouse you will receive a confirmation email from Just Sunnies. You will also receive an email from Australia Post containing a link to track your order on the Australia Post website, so you can track your orders progress right to your doorstep.

If you are a member, you can track the progress of your order form when you submit your order to when it is dispatched by logging into your account and clicking “Order Tracking”. Once your order has been dispatched you can track the delivery of your parcel through the Australia Post website.

What is the exchange policy?

If you need to exchange or return your sunglasses, please return your purchase with the completed Exchange & Return Form within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, refund, or credit note.

If your exchange was what you chose but you wish to return the sunglasses for an exchange they ask that you pay the return shipping. Once your return has been received it will be processed by their warehouse, Just Sunnies will gladly cover the cost of shipping your new item to you within Australia for your first exchange. If you proceed with multiple exchanges postage fees will apply. In the event of a price difference between the item you are returning and the item you are exchanging for, accounts will be in contact before processing your exchange.

What is the refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your sunglasses, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days from purchase for a refund, excluding any postage charges. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of us receiving your return. For security purposes, they only refund using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email showing your refunded amount once your refund has been finalised. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to appear into your account.
